    Early Season: (July 25th – Aug 15th)

    Pick First (PF1): yellow flesh, semi cling, fresh eating
    Harrow Diamond: yellow flesh, mostly freestone when fully ripe, fresh eating, one of the season’s best
    Desiree: yellow flesh, semi cling, firm
    PF-5B: yellow flesh, semi cling, fresh eating
    Garnet Beauty: yellow flesh, semi-cling, fresh eating
    PF-7: yellow flesh, great flavor, fresh eating, semi cling
    Risingstar: yellow flesh, semi-cling, fresh eating

    Mid-Season: (Aug 15th – Sept 5th)

    Saturn: white flesh, donut shaped, outstanding flavor, WOW!
    Howard’s Choice (Pf-15a): mostly freestone, fresh eating and canning
    Pf-11: yellow flesh freestone, canning, freezing and fresh eating

    NECTARINES

    Jade: Bright flavor with bi colored flesh. Ripens about Aug 13th
    Sunglo: Sweet and juicy. Good for canning and freezing. Ripens about Sept 3rd.
    Fantasia: Fantastic flavor, WOW! One of the season's best fruit. Ripens about Sept 15th.
